and the director, but if the director
is a foreign person, he can't have
gont any employees in the Spanish company.

You
only need one director and one shareholder,
the director and the shareholder can be
the same one.
Must
both the shareholder and the director
need to have the N.I.E number for registering
a Spanish company?
Everybody, for sign here in Spain, must have the N.I.E. If you can't obtain this at the moment of the meeting, there's a solution, with a little extra cost. But allways is
advisable to have this document in the
future.
What
kind of documents we need to prepare ?
If
you sign in Spain you only need the N.I.E. and Passport. If
you sign from your country with a power
of attorney, we need the power of attorney
translated and with the Haya apostille
legalization (you can sign this at the Spanish Embassy for an easiest procedure)
Do
the ready-made spanish companies in the
list have already gotten a IVA number?
And could we use this IVA number immediately?
Yes,
all our companies have got the Spanish IVA number,
you can work with it immediately.
